General Questions

If you think your order has been delayed or lost in the post pleaseĀ contact usĀ and we will start an investigation with the courier. Unfortunately, we cannot re-send your order or refund you until the courier has concluded the investigation, we will keep you informed and will be in touch once the investigation has finished.

We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually you will receive the tracking number 1-3 days after we have shipped your order.

Estasell partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. via our partnership with USPS.

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2-3 weeks to arrive since it's shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.

Any cancellation made after an order has been placed, will be subject to a cancellation fee of $1.00 regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as the merchant processor/credit card charges us a fee for cancellations.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

Your order has been sent, but sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the tracking system or our own tracking system.

Firstly, please accept our sincerest apologies.Ā PleaseĀ contact usĀ within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the items and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

We try to reply to all emails within 24 hours. Our office is closed on weekends, so we will look to reply the next working day.

Shipping & Customs

During checkout you certify you are providing the correct shipping address. Please be sure to check your shipping address for errors before processing any orders. We can not be held responsible for products shipped to the wrong address due to input error.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-deliveryĀ cost.

Geniemania is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.

Free shipping can be applied to orders that meet the minimum amount required, excluding discounted, sale, and oversized/overweight products. Your order will be shipped using economy shipping.

Estasell cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order.
